Last Updated: June 2026
1. General Scope
These Standard Machinery Terms apply to quotations, product inquiries, purchase orders, manufacturing arrangements, export shipments, technical support, spare parts supply, and other commercial communications between Shandong Highreach Machinery Co., Ltd. and its customers, distributors, dealers, rental companies, contractors, and business partners.
These terms are intended for general business reference. Specific signed contracts, proforma invoices, purchase agreements, or written commercial confirmations shall prevail where they differ from the general terms listed on this page.
2. Product Information
Product specifications, working heights, platform capacities, load ratings, dimensions, machine weights, power options, photographs, videos, catalogs, brochures, and technical data displayed on this website are provided for general reference only.
HighReach Machinery may update, improve, modify, or discontinue product specifications, components, appearance, control systems, colors, accessories, and optional configurations without prior notice as part of continuous product development.
3. Quotations and Price Validity
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, all quotations are non-binding and subject to final confirmation by HighReach Machinery.
- Prices may vary according to model, configuration, certification requirements, destination market, order quantity, packaging method, and shipping conditions.
- Quotation validity periods are stated individually on the quotation or proforma invoice.
- Freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, destination charges, inspection fees, registration costs, and local compliance costs are excluded unless specifically stated.
- Images, videos, and catalog information do not constitute a final sales offer unless confirmed in official commercial documents.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders become effective only after written confirmation by HighReach Machinery and receipt of any required deposit or payment.
A customer purchase order alone does not constitute final acceptance unless confirmed by HighReach Machinery through an official quotation, proforma invoice, sales confirmation, or written acceptance.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be stated in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, or sales agreement.
- Standard payment methods may include T/T bank transfer or other approved business payment channels.
- Production may not begin until the agreed deposit is received.
- Shipment may be delayed or withheld until full payment is received.
- Bank charges, intermediary bank fees, and payment transfer costs are normally borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Manufacturing and Lead Time
Estimated production and delivery schedules are provided in good faith based on current production planning, component availability, workshop capacity, certification requirements, and order queue.
Actual lead time may vary due to material availability, supplier delays, public holidays, transportation conditions, customs procedures, inspection requirements, production adjustments, or force majeure events.
7. OEM and ODM Requirements
For OEM or ODM projects, customers shall provide accurate branding requirements, color references, technical requirements, compliance requirements, packaging preferences, and market-specific needs before production confirmation.
Custom logo, color, labeling, accessories, documentation, and configuration requests may require additional cost, longer lead time, and separate confirmation. Once customized production has started, changes may not be accepted or may result in additional charges.
8. Certifications and Local Compliance
HighReach Machinery may provide available certificates, test reports, manuals, and product documentation according to product model and destination market requirements.
Customers are responsible for confirming whether the selected equipment, configuration, certification, voltage, language documentation, registration, and safety requirements comply with laws, regulations, and jobsite requirements in their local market.
9. Packaging and Loading
Machines are prepared for export according to standard industrial packaging and container loading practices. Packaging may include protective wrapping, wooden support, steel frame, securing materials, or other loading protection methods according to product type and shipment requirements.
Customers should confirm any special packaging, labeling, document, palletizing, or loading requirements before order confirmation.
10. Shipping and Incoterms
Delivery terms shall follow the agreed Incoterms stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, or sales agreement, such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, or other agreed delivery terms.
- Risk transfer shall follow the agreed Incoterm.
- Shipping schedules are estimates and may be affected by carrier availability, port congestion, weather, customs inspection, or other logistics factors.
- Destination customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, port charges, and delivery fees are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- The buyer is responsible for providing accurate consignee, notify party, destination port, and shipping document information.
11. Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are advised to inspect goods upon arrival. Any visible shipping damage, shortage, or discrepancy should be documented with photos, videos, packing list details, container information, and relevant logistics documents.
Claims related to shipping damage or missing items should be submitted promptly after receipt to allow proper investigation with logistics providers, insurers, or internal quality teams.
12. Warranty Coverage
Warranty terms depend on the specific product model, order agreement, and supplied documentation. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal use, proper operation, and regular maintenance conditions.
- Normal wear parts, consumables, batteries, tires, seals, filters, hydraulic oil, and other maintenance items may be excluded.
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, collision, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, incorrect operation, unsuitable working conditions, or lack of regular inspection may not be covered.
- Warranty service may include remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, technical guidance, or other support methods agreed by HighReach Machinery.
13. Spare Parts and Technical Support
HighReach Machinery may provide spare parts, maintenance guidance, parts identification support, and remote technical assistance for supplied equipment.
Customers should use trained operators and qualified maintenance personnel. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper operation, daily inspection, regular maintenance, and compliance with local workplace safety regulations.
14. Operating Safety
Mobile elevating work platforms, forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and construction machinery must be operated only by trained and authorized personnel.
- Operators must read and follow the operation manual, safety labels, load limits, emergency procedures, and local safety rules.
- Equipment must not be used beyond rated capacity, working height, slope limit, wind limit, or approved working environment.
- Customers are responsible for local training, jobsite risk assessment, PPE requirements, and inspection routines.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HighReach Machinery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profit, downtime, rental loss, project delay, loss of business opportunity, or third-party claims arising from product use, delay, transportation, installation, operation, or maintenance.
16. Force Majeure
HighReach Machinery shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, strike, epidemic, port congestion, transportation disruption, customs delay, government action, supplier failure, power shortage, or other force majeure events.
17. Intellectual Property
